Where will the conference be held?

Our annual conference will be held online, and all registered attendees will be granted access to the virtual platform one day prior to the conference, allowing them to register and explore the platform.

 

I bought a ticket. How do I access the conference platform?

We are utilizing a free virtual platform web app for our conference, accessible here. Alternatively, you can download the mobile app here. To access the platform, kindly register with the email linked to your ticket and select a secure password. Once you’re signed up, you will be directed straight to the event!

 

Will the panel recordings be available after the conference?

Every session is recorded, allowing you the flexibility to participate in the conference at your convenience. If your schedule conflicts with any panel time on the day of the conference, rest assured that all registered attendees will have access to the recorded sessions and content for a period of 90 days after the conference.

When is the last day to purchase a ticket?

We will provide attendees the opportunity to purchase tickets until November 28 at 11:59 PM (EST). However, the early bird special pricing will conclude on November 10, 2023, at 11:59 PM (EST).

Can I transfer my purchased ticket to another representative if I am unable to attend the event?

Absolutely! There are two ways to make the transfer:

  • Make the change on your Eventbrite account and update the ticket holder information to the individual who will be attending.
  • Or contact us at conference@charityvillage.com with the individual’s name and email available and we’ll transfer the ticket on your behalf
